Merchant Services Account Manager
WHERE, Inc. is searching for an Inside Account Manager for our Merchant Services Group with experience in managing and selling technology and marketing solutions to SMB accounts. This person will have exceptional customer service skills, understanding of our full range of services, as well as the ability to prioritize and focus the majority of their time with revenue generating clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develops new customer relationships based from inbound lead follow up.
- Executes against the major steps of the sales process:
- Qualify new opportunities
- Close new business.
- Identifies and sells to client’s pain points
- Meets or exceeds personal sales goals set by manager
- Serves as a focal point for customer services issues
- Manages closure on customer support issues.
- Maintains high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty with customers.
- Manages to detail regarding the customer account contact management information through the entire sales lifecycle process
- Sound and up-to-date technical knowledge; familiarity with using Salesforce.com
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Experience and success in high volume transactional B2B sales within the SMB market strongly preferred.
- Proven sales quota attainment track record
- Proven new business development skills.
- Outstanding presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Outstanding customer-focused Account Management skills.
- Demonstrated sales track record with references (3-years experience and above) is preferred.
- High comfort level and presence with business owners and decision makers.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
