I am trying to register but my email address already exists. I have not used this app before.
The traffic.com iPhone application shares registration with the WHERE application. If your email is already registered with WHERE, you can just log into the traffic.com app. If you enter in your email with an incorrect password, a forgot password button will appear.
Why do I need to register to save roads?

Why do I sometimes see traffic outside of my metro?
On many of the screens traffic is sorted based on the distance from you and regardless of the metro that you are located within. This is helpful when you live on the border of two metros and are the type of commuter who moves between them (e.g. from New Jersey to New York).
